connection problem from google sheet to jira

When I try to use jira add on for google sheets always gives me the error shown at the below.

Are you offline?

Looks like we can't reach Jira. Please check your Internet connection and try reconnecting.

How can solve this ?

When I press reconnect it writes "connecting" but not is done.

Nothing I can do.
