I used to have a work book connected with the XML feed from Jira, and it would pull in ticket information like due date, closed date, site location, state etc. this was used to run make reports. two weeks ago we had a lot of DNS issues and now when I refresh my connection no data pulls.
when i try to recreate all of the XML connections in Excel it only lets me Map the Channel and the Build-Info. even though the XML specifies a couple different fields and the HTML is showing these correctly
