configured auto-generate ticket in Jira portal using email

Support entitlement number
We have configured auto-generate ticket in Jira portal using email
We have configured issue type "support" in mail handler but a received ticket is issue type "other"
When we create an issue manually working issue type support, But the received email issue type is other.
We need to setup issue type support in all generated ticket by email.
Could you please check the query why the issue type status was not changed in our Jira portal?

Hi @jayeshk1 , first just to be clear the Community is not Atlassian Support so we cannot access your instance and you really should not share your SEN or personal email here.

With that said, is this Jira or JSM? If JSM are you speaking of Issuetype or Request type?

You can’t delete but you can edit by clicking on the ellipses and delete/replace all of the content.
