configure the trello-connector-for-jira-server plugin?

when I select "Applications >> Integrations >> Application links >>
trello-connector-for-jira-server "and I edit it, when consulting the" outgoing / incoming authorization "tabs they appear with a status:" not configured "and in practice, using the tool does not synchronize the trello cards with the tasks of jira.
