me aparece un apantallla con el siguiente mensaje:

No tienes permiso para acceder a este contenido

y no puedo acceder a mi cuenta, estaba trabajando normal y derrepente se salio de jira Captura de pantalla 2023-02-28 a las 21.29.07.png

Parece que su cuenta ha sido eliminada/desactivada del sitio o su permiso eliminado. Consulte con su administrador. Si no hay otro administrador además de usted, deberá comunicarse con el soporte de Atlassian para posiblemente restablecer su cuenta. Mis mejores deseos.

Today I encountered the same problem and found a solution without having to open a support ticket:

Within the Atlassian administration panel, go to Directory -> Managed Accounts and search for the blocked user account. Once you find it, select it, and you'll see the option to "Enable Account."

Then, you'll need to grant access to the Atlassian products you want within "Products."

You need to have administrative permissions in your subscription to resolve this.
