If I leave a comment on a JIRA issue, pasting the captured image to the comment or linking the attachment will upload it to JIRA's list of attachments, even if I didn't confirm the comment. In the meantime, the notification mail is sent or added to the list of attachments, so all the events that occur during editing are sent to the notification mail, so there are too many notifications.
The same thing happens when I change the font color or file.

What version of Jira are you using? As of Jira 8, notifications are batched every 10 minutes and a single summary notification email is sent out with all changes in that period. It has dramatically cut down on email traffic from the app for my company.
