column in jira disappeared and issue link goes to error 500?

Can you share the full error? You might have an add-on that is causing the issue.

The error seems to be related to issue status. Maybe you have an invalid status on the issue? Not sure how that can happen. Maybe direct updates in the DB or an add-on did that. You can try changing the status of that issue to see if it works!

Thanks Jobin, I'm not how this could happen either. We are cloud based so unsure how direct updates in the DB could of happened... I've notified our admin and hopefully he can find out what happened..!

Ah ok. If you are on cloud, I suggest you raise a support ticket with Atlassian.
