check that sub-task can only be put in 'In progress' if related sub-tasks not assigned current user

Hello,

We would like to check/validate that a sub-task can only be put in 'In progress' if related other sub-tasks have not been assigned to the current user.

So subtask A is assigned to User X.
User X wants to set subtask B to "In Progress" , but we don't want to allow that.

Any idea how to set this up?

Apps JSU, JMWE and Scriptrunner available.

We solved it with JMWE Related Issue(s) Validator.
See screenshot how we configured it.
