Hi, i have a free account.

How can i see how much storage i have been used so far ?

Is a ticket or a confluence page also "storage" or only the attachments ?

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

To check your storage, go to admin.atlassian.com, select Product > your site > Storage. From here you can see the storage available for each application. You can also take a look at this KB for more information.

With the latest version of Jira Cloud, the navigation path to check storage is as follows 

1. Access admin.atlassian.net

2. Select 'Apps' in the horizontal menu.

3. In the vertical menu, under 'Sites', click on the site you wish to access

4. Click on Storage

You can check it only if you’re a site admin. Go to Atlassian Administration → Apps → select your site → Site settings → Storage. It will show usage separately for Jira and Confluence, although the figure can be a few hours behind.

On the Free plan, Jira and Confluence each currently have 2 GB of storage. In Jira, that allowance is mainly used by attachments, screenshots, and uploaded files rather than the ticket text itself.

Confluence is a little different: pages, live docs, comments, attachments, and other files all count toward storage. In practice, large PDFs, images, videos, and old attachment versions usually take up far more room than normal page text.

I’d check the largest attachments first before deleting pages. Also remember that archiving Confluence content does not free the space; it has to be deleted.
