chart: display open items with count of blocked by and blocks related issue in an epics

I want to get a report the list out work items and it's related issue in a chart. I am more interested in knowing total number blocked by and blocks related issues in an multiple epics.
I do not have option of using third party app here.
Appreciate any guidance if this can be achieved through natively, using scripting or using SDK's.
