changing users reporter, assign and others in all projects, at one time

i ask about functionality. We using Crowd user space for now, but we planning using AD for user authentication. It is possible to change all reporter, assign and others users to another in one time, or only changing issue by issue?
I start thinking change it directly in db, but afraid i may broke something.

you can change Assignee, Reporter at one time using Bulk Change.
