We recently started to use the new programboard in plans in jira for our PI planning process. The one we now have has been populated with work throughout 8 sprints and looks great. But - I need to change the sprint dates to move one week forward - so that alle sprints start one week forward then the existing plan today. Can I change dates - or do I need to start a new programboard with correct dates and start populating the board one more time?

Hi, @cwaldjacobsen! 👋

You're not alone in this - the current version of the Program Board in Jira Plans doesn’t support shifting all sprint dates after initial setup.

Once the Program increment and sprints are mapped into the Program Board, their positions and timing are locked in for that board.

Changing sprint dates in the source boards (Scrum boards) does not update or shift them in the Program Board.

To reflect new start date for your Program board, you'd need to create a new Program Board and remap sprints with the adjusted timeline.

Hope this helps! ✨
