changing colors in JIRA 7.2 doesn't do anything

Changing colors in the Look and Feel section or asking the colors to match the favicon doesn't appear to work in 7.2. I see no change at all. This used to work like a charm in 7.1 and earlier.

We are running 7.2.2. What else would be helpful?

It's interesting. In the colors section it shows new colors but they haven't been applied. It's all the same old shades of blue.

I have JIRA 7.2.0 running on my SDK and uploading an Icon changed the colors as before. Could you specify the version or any other details that could be helpful?
