I have changed the name o a queue but when creating a JIRA service desk ticket it still shows the old queue name. How can i reflect the new change of name for the queue/?

It looks like the new queue name just didn't save correctly. I tried to change the queue -> create a new ticket and the queue name remained the same.
Please try renaming again and you can try to reindex the whole Jira or delete the Jira internal Cache when restarting.
