change time tracker from 8 hours to 6.5 hours for one of the jira projects (not for all projects?

We’re about to Start a Sprint and realized our JIRA is set up for an 8 hour work day. Is it possible to change the Time Tracking Setting one of the many Board/sprints /projects to 6.5 hours?

I think this is a global setting and not project specific.
