change many filters

i have hundrets of filter, which contain the status "done". now i want to delete the status done, no issue has this status now.

but what to do with the filter? has anyone ever done a direct database update via sql, for example to change the word "done" to "closed"?

No. There would be no easy way to do this. You'll have to manually the database table.
