change issue type scheme

Hi

Is there a way to change issue type scheme to one of the two following modes?

1- One of default issue type(Bug, Task, new feature ,....) remove from issue type scheme.(no adding)

OR

2- I create a issue type scheme and this replace with default issue type scheme of jira system.(new issue type scheme will replace with default issue type scheme) , so as when create a project,  the new issue type scheme will placed issue type scheme of new project.

Hi,

no, you can't remove issue types from the default issue type scheme. This scheme includes every single issue type which you defined in your Jira system.

Nor can't you change the default for new projects. 

But you can create a project with a shared configuration:

Create a sample project and reuse the configuration with this function.
