I would like to change my fullname
But the system said My fullname is set by admin so i can't change it.
How can i change it?
I don't know who is admin.

Are you accessing Jira through an email account that you set up yourself, or through one set up by your employer (or a previous employer)?
If you are using an email account set up my a current or previous employer, then they may have claimed and verified the domain to which your email account belongs. If that is the case, then only they can change the display name for your account.
If you are using an account managed by your current employer you should reach out to the technical support group for your employer.
