carga masiva
Necesito realizar una carga masiva de horas en un proyecto en Jira, pero cuando subo el archivo siempre me marca el siguiente error

Revise y el formato esta tal cual lo menciona Jira, pero no encuentro realmente cual es el erro ya que también aparece un campo parents que no tengo idea donde sale ¿Podrían ayudarme?
