Hi @laknath 

Message shows that you don't have filled required filed (HBB Expected Start Date).

There are two possibilities that you don't see this field:

- field is not added on create issue screen - JIRA Admin should add this fiield

- field is hidden by you in screen Configure fields options (right top corner - button Configure fields)
