cannot write JQL for desired assignee as teh assignee search is not working

the assignee search is not working, and I could not write aproper JQL like assignee = name
where the autosearch does not work

Do you mean that auto-complete is not working? If yes, you can enable from Settings -> System -> General Configuration -> enable "JQL Auto-complete".

If there is a general problem with the search, please share the details.
