cannot set requirement to status "Propose" due to SPS

I have issue type "Requirement" and I want to change the status from "Draft" to "Proposed" by using the switch "Propose".

After filling-out the Propose-window and click the Propose button, following message appears:

SPS (Functional Requirement) is not mapped to any Marketing Requirement. (please use Parent-Child link while mapping). First map the SPS to MR and then perform "Proposed" Action

I have absolutely no idea what does that mean.

Can someone help me?

What app are you using for this? 

(If you are not using an app, then you'll need to talk to your admins about how they've set this up)
