cannot receive invitation email when my colleague adding me to a new project

Hi

My colleague sent an invitation email to me. She has seen it displaying successfully added, but I did not get anything and also could not see the project in my project list.

At the same time, I am able to receive email from Atlassian support after I opened a support ticket to check.

Could you plz help with this? thx

Hi @He Ziwei and welcome to the community,

First thing's first:

  • Can you access your jira instance? If yes, then you have application access which is great!
  • If she has granted you with project membership, then you have to make sure with her, that the role she has granted you, has the browse project permission.

Do the above and let me know.
