cannot create project

Hello I have admin rights but cannot create a new project, has anyone experienced this?

Do you have JIRA Admin rights or Project Admin permission?

What's the error you get when you try to create a project? Are you trying to create a regular project or next-gen project @kelly garst?

There is no error, when create >new project> enter the information > submit- nothing happens.

@kelly garstMake sure you have the browse permission.

Also click on the cog -> Projects and see if the project is on the list.
