Hi Jira Community,
I registered with Atlassian through my M365 account and wanted to create my JIRA site. However, no matter what I try I get the following error although the site name I choose is free according to Atlassian:
Something went wrong on our end. Please try again. If this keeps happening, contact support. (Issue ID for Atlassian use: 3b11555424b14b85a32a8fd4fb9c4321)
Has anybody an idea how to resolve this issue or how this issue can be forwarded to Jira support?

I'd suggest reaching out to support (as stated in the message), as this error ID is not much of a use to us here in the community.
Now, if we're talking about a managed account and if your account is under Enterprise organization (looking at Atlassian terms), they could be restricting who can create new sites with their company account. Still, I don't think this would result in an error message like the one you're seeing.
Again, I'd recommend reaching out to official support by using link(s) provided.
If you don't have any site/paid product for which you can contact support, we could reach out to the Community Support team to take a look.
