I want to cancel any and all relationships with Atlassian. I have never requested anything from this company and it really bothers me to receive constant charges for something I never requested.

I am sorry you appear to be having a bad experience with Atlassian.

Here we are a user community, so we cannot directly access your account or cancel your subscriptions.

If you want to work directly with Atlassian on cancelling your subscriptions, you could reach out to their Billing/Licensing/Pricing team by completing and submitting the form on the following page. Make sure to click the "Need more help" link below the field where you can enter a URL for your subscription.

If you want to try to cancel your subscriptions on your own, you can find documentation for doing that here:

The cancellation process can take a bit of time. If you are on a paid subscription, your subscription remains active until the next billing date. After that the cancellation is processed.

If you have difficulty with the process, as users of our own subscriptions we can offer you advice on how to get through it, but we cannot execute it for you.

After the subscription cancellations have been processed you can also delete your Atlassian Cloud user account, if it was not provided to you by another entity (i.e. employer, educational institution), by following the guidance here:
