can you add a user to a SPACE who is not part of your cloud instance?

I have a developer 3rd party who already uses JIRA Cloud, and I want this team to see my JIRA Cloud instance. is this possible?

They will need an account in your Cloud system.  Their Cloud instance is nothing to do with yours and has a separate user directory.
