can we retrieve a deleted Advance Roadmap plan in Jira Data Center 9.6 ?

Advance Roadmap Plan was deleted by mistake, is there a way to retrieve it. We are using Jira Data Center 9.6. . I could find the below steps online, however we dont have 'Products' option in the administration, neither I can find Plan. Though I could find the Advance Roadmap tab under Manage Apps but its does not have a tab for Trash(screenshot attached) 

Restoring a Deleted or Archived Plan:

1. Navigate to the Jira Admin Panel:

Click on the settings icon (gear icon) in the top right corner of your Jira interface and select "Products". 

2. Choose the appropriate section:

• To restore an archived plan, select "Archive". 

• To restore a deleted plan, select "Trash". 

3. Select the plan:

Locate the plan you wish to restore and click the "..." (More) icon next to the plan name. 

4. Restore the plan:

Choose the "Restore" option from the menu.
