can we give the link to the Point that has been present in the User Story in the JIRA Tool, not a hyperlink?

Suppose I have created a user story on the topic of a Loan 

The first point is ->    NPA Details

The second point is -> Installment,

here again, I mentioned the First Point NPA Details 

In this point, I have mentioned the first point NPA details. So, here I want to reach out on the first point by clicking on the NPA Details  word which is Present in the Second Point 

so what should I do, means clicking on the Link we directly reach out on that point, likewise in the user story can we provide such functionality
