can we change the Manager, LOB and status field automatically changing the Assignee name

When we create the Docket, Is this possible to change the Status and LOB field automatically as per the Assignee.

It is difficult to change Status and LOB manually.

OR

After Creating the Ticket when any one changed the Assignee name, Is it possible the automatically change in Status , Manger and LOB field.

To perform this kind of automation, you will need one of the automation plugins available at Atlassian Marketplace.

My recommended Add-on would be Automation Lite for JIRA, where you can configure a simple rule like below:

Thank you for your answer. Can you just tell me i am the administrator in JIRA so can i do that setting or i need another admin level setting. Please Suggest.

Hello Sameer,

I don't have access to your instance to confirm if you are an administrator, however, you can check it by navigating to JIRA Settings > Apps > Find new Apps.

If you are able to access this and install the add-on, you are an Administrator in your site.
