can we add accessibility emoji in the list in the description as a default picker

As we create a lot of accessibility related tickets is it possible to add the emoji for accessibility in the dafault list of emojis in the jira

Hello, Good day. My understanding is that you want to use custom emoji's. Refer to https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/use-custom-emojis-to-help-describe-an-issue/
