can't see the resolution of a referenced issue

i'm having a problem with an upgrade of confluence, which is the same as the one described here :

this issue is marked as resolved and a duplicate of https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONF-21340.

But when i try to see this issue, i'm redirected to https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFDEV-5772 which i'm not authorized to see...

Is there anyway i can see what is the problem with the felix osgi cache refresh?

seems like atlassian changed issue-security level for those issues...

you can't do sth that makes them visible to you.

about the cache thing....what have you tried to do so far?
