can't see plans for specific project type

Hi,

I am an administrator and I can't see the "plans" menu for all projects typed "Service Management" while other admins can. I am not sure why.

check for the advanced roadmap user or advanced roadmap viewer permission .

Only jira admin can grant these permissions.
