Hi! when i try to move tasks on the board - i get an error. what to do to use this?
/secure/RapidBoard.jspa?rapidView=2848&projectKey=PRT&view=detail&selectedIssue=PRT-16605&quickFilter=14464#:1 Blocked aria-hidden on an element because its descendant retained focus. The focus must not be hidden from assistive technology users. Avoid using aria-hidden on a focused element or its ancestor. Consider using the inert attribute instead, which will also prevent focus. For more details, see the aria-hidden section of the WAI-ARIA specification at https://w3c.github.io/aria/#aria-hidden. Element with focus: a Ancestor with aria-hidden:
Hello @Katya Go
Welcome to the Atlassian community.
It looks like you may have a Quick Filter active on your board based on this:
/secure/RapidBoard.jspa?rapidView=2848&projectKey=PRT&view=detail&selectedIssue=PRT-16605&quickFilter=14464
Have you tried disabling the Quick Filter and then moving the issue?
Hello @Trudy Claspill !
i tried disabling the Quick Filter and then moving the issue, the same error still remains

Based on my internet searches with Google the problem relates to the use of assistive technologies, like screen readers. Do you use such a technology in your browser?
The self-service solution would be to disable the assistive technology. I would also recommend that you ask your Jira administrators to report the problem directly to Atlassian through a support ticket.

No, nothing like that is not installed. sad, our administrators say not such a necessary feature, I thought there will be a simple elegant solution. thank you!

The functionality should work.
Have you tried a different browser application, a private browser window, or clearing your current browser application's cache?
Do other users have the same error under the same circumstances?
What version of Jira are you using? You can get the version information by clicking on the Help button in the upper right corner and then selecting the About Jira option.

Hello @Katya Go
Circling back to this, I have run out of debugging suggestions and ideas about potential root cause.
I recommend that you ask your Jira Admins to open a support case with Atlassian Support directly about this via:
https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/
If they provide a solution, or if you already found one, it would be great if you share it here so that we can all learn from your experience.
