Dear Team,

we have installaled jira 8.13 on AWS instance, and configure lamda to stop and start the instance.

Every day after the instance start, we can not login.

We must reboot again the instance and them we can login

Hi @[deleted]  and welcome to the community,

I'd say start by looking at the logs and see what is going on first. Those should at least give you some information.

also when logging in, are these users in the internal directory or another directory?

hi @Dirk Ronsmans

Thank you for replay,

we use internal directory, i don't find any exception in logs under all jira logs.

the issue is random problem.

How exactly does the "failed login" manifest itself?

  • Error
  • Nothing happening
  • ...

Do you see anything in the logs (besides an exception) and nothing in the tomcat logs?
