can not install Component watcher on JIRA 5.0.1

I am trying to install Component watcher on JIRA 5.0.1 but getting the red message: "Could not find a handler capable of installing the add-on"

What gone wrong?

That usually means it's incompatible with your version of Jira. Could you check the version you're trying to install and the version of Jira? The plugin page should list compatibility, but also report the java version - I recently saw a plugin fail because the client was running Java 1.6 - fine for their version of Jira, but the plugin needed 1.7
