×I have Jira Service Management and i paid last time at April 2025, and jira is susbended from may 2025, so can i bill the invoices and reactivate my account and services and keep my data

Do I understand correctly that your subscription was suspended in May 2025 because the bill for it was not paid?
If it is still in a suspended or deactivated state it can be reactivated. Refer to:

it may have already moved into the phase where the data has been deleted.
