can i have 4 level hierarchy in JIRa

can i have 4 level hierarchy in JIRA i.e., on top epic any issuetype can work.

Please help me if any other option can work

Natively, no.  It's Epic -> Story -> Sub-task.

But Advanced Roadmaps (Portfolio) adds initiatives and themes, Structure can make issue types behave though there were a richer hierarchy, and if you're really into Agile and quite a large organisation, Jira Align may be worth a look (although it doesn't add to Jira, taking the higher layers out into itself)

If there were another way to do it without Apps, I would have mentioned it, no matter how weak.  Without apps, the best you can do it get all your users to imagine it all and not do it in Jira.
