We need to integrate JIRA with DocuSign tool but could not find anyway to do this, is there any other similar tool/add-on can be integrated with JIRA?

Not sure why you need DocuSign to integrate with JIRA, but you can integrate with Confluence:
https://www.cloudpipes.com/integrations/confluence/docusign

You can then link a JIRA ticket a confluence page if this is the kind of audit trail you need.

It can be "integrated", but as you say, I've not found anything to help you with it.

The reason it can be integrated is that JIRA provides a REST interface through which other systems can interact with it, so if you're willing to code, you can make the other system talk to it.  It's a bit harder the other way, especially on Cloud JIRA where you can't install internal add-ons that could do a lot of the talking, but you might be able to write "Connect" add-ons to handle it.

But, you need to start with a description of what you want from this "integration"?
