can I share dashboard with team if project is created as team managed project

Team Project has option to share dashboard public or not. can I share dashboard with team while Team Project is created instead Company managed project

Hello @Hafiz Abdul Rauf actually team managed projects have very limited configuration options. If you can add mor context to your question I may be able to help you.  Pleas kindly provide more information on the following

- Are you referring to Jira Dashboards or Project Boards? Which is it?

- Please add a screen capture if you may for context.

this is JIRA Dashboard of team managed project. I am not able to share filter as public and same case for JIRA dashboard. screen shot already attached. still you want to know something please let me know

Hello @Hafiz Abdul Rauf simple answer is Yes you can. Regardless of project type you can share the dashboard with your team if they get access to the dashboard and all the filters added to the dashboard gadgets.

Hi @Tankem Williams , Thanks for your quick response, I have changed the project setting from limited to open, still I am not able to share dashboard. can you please share specific link where I can get specific information

OK, I see what You mean.

As an Admin user you should see the following options to select from

Project
Group
My Organization
User
Private

If you cant, Please make sure you are the site admin or have enough permission to Create, configure and share dashboards.

When you have your permission issues resolved follow this instruction. On the viewer

1) Select Project , 

2) Search the Team managed project by name or key and select

3) Click Add , then save. 

With this done, any team member with access to that teams project should be able to see the dashboard. 

NOTE: If you are unable to see all the Options
