can I set up the workflow for an Ethernet system(not on WWW)

I am eager to know about Jira, there is an Ethernet system in our company and I want to know more about the work flow for that and not on global internet.

Do you mean you have a local network that is not exposed to the internet?  An intranet?

JIRA runs fine on intranets as well as the internet - it's a web application you can run over any network you want.
