can I get more info regarding change of credit card?

I need to change credit card details but I don t underestand from FaQ, where I can do it. I cannot find any Evaluation area. if I log to My account, I see there Licensing and Evaluation, but both with no items... we pay for Jira Agila and Jira on demands
