can I do a keyword search to find a project?

We have a requirement whereby we want to setup our customer projects as Jira projects so we can manage issues, improvements against them. We have 100s of customers and I cannot seem to find a way to do a keyword search to find a project in the All Projects screen. Is this possible?

Not inside the application. I just use the "all projects" tab and ctrl-f in the browser.
