can I add links to the Dashboard Quick Links Gadget?

I have links for Support that I would like to have available to Support agents - i.e. https://jira.sunriseid.com/projects/xxx/reports/sla  & https://jira.sunriseid.com/projects/xxx/reports/all-rating

However, have not identified how to add on a side bar or to the Quick links gadget.

Anyone have a solution to recommend?

Hi!

First note is that you might want to change your Atlassian community profile name to your actual name and not just Help Desk.  :-)

Next, are you a Project Administrator for the project you are trying to add links for? Not just a Jira Administrator, but do you have the Project Role of Administrator? Either with your name or with a group that you are in.
