Anyone know what is the industry standard to calculate cost per ticket. In jira any function or report can generate this ?
I know below factor contribute to cost per ticket but not aware what app can assit on this calculation
Agent utilization.,Ticket handle time ,Wage rates ,Ratio of agents to total service desk employees.Turnover and absenteeism
I think this formula will be rather specific to each company even if there is some sort of common standard.
