Are you a Jira admin for your instance? If not, I'd recommend reaching out to them and seeing if they can troubleshoot what's going on. 👀
This is usually your IT department, who are also in charge of the Atlassian platform, or they can point you in the correct direction. 👈

Now, depending on the licensing tier and environment (cloud or DC), Jira admin can reach out to official Atlassian Support if they think Atlassian assistance is required.

Were you able to login before? Do you get any error message? Do you know if other users are having similar issues? Have you tried with different browsers and the mobile app?
