burndown chart gives plain GMT timestamp if issue moved to done state

change log in response of rest api 
https://mycomp.atlassian.net/rest/greenhopper/1.0/rapid/charts/sprintreport?rapidViewId=1234&sprintId=834
gives plain GMT for issues moved to done state but other all timestamps are in user's timezone.

basically I am talking about entries in changes as below

"1593457951000":[{"key":"DC-904","column":{"notDone":false,"done":true,"newStatus":"10001"}}]"
