bugs.mojang.com - registration failed

Hello, I have this problem. I can't sign up for an account on bugs.mojang.com and I don't receive any emails. I've tried using a different email and a different nickname, but nothing helps!

Hi,

Atlassian does not operate the Jira instance that mojang is using here.  There is a help article on Microsoft's site about why you might not be able to login there, I'd recommend reviewing that over in https://help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/articles/4408887473421#h_01FF6B6ZHQ3J58994836RP5KNQ

If that doesn't help, then I'd recommend reaching out to Microsoft for further assistance here.
