As the JIRA administrator, is there a way to change the owner of a board without the board owner doing so?

Why do you want the change the owner, you can just add more people as board administrator.
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
I did that but it did not enable the new owner to have full control of the board. Anyway, I found how to change the owner.
