When creating a subtask, I need the reporter of the parent issue to become a watcher on the subtask. How can I do this?

I think we need the Sub-task Toolkit.

It can be pretty pricey if you have a lot of users.

Or opposite, is there any way for the Sub-task reporter / assignee to auto-watch the parent Issue for updates?
